Whole health integration counseling packages

Individual health integration counseling:
Each individual package begins with a 2 hour in-person session in your home, with a 1 hour office visit follow up, or by telephone or Skype if you are out of the Portland metro area.

Together with Durga you will explore your:

  • health needs
  • food preferences
  • cooking skills
  • personal needs for making change sustainable
  • personal living situation as it pertains to supporting health and food preparation
  • plan of action with all the above in mind

After that initial meeting you will receive a starter packet of dietary and lifestyle recommendations, menu suggestions and recipes.

Ongoing support meetings with Durga will be scheduled as appropriate to your particular goals and needs and may include a combination of hands on kitchen tutorials and office visits to help you keep your health goals in view. Grocery store tours are also available.

Whether your desire is to make gentle changes to support general health and improve your relationship with food and your body, or you need to change your diet for medical reasons, Durga has the experience, resources, and compassion to hold you and help you on your journey.

Group counseling:
Ongoing monthly meetings to support your ability to make holistic changes for health! Each group meeting focuses on the dance of our life in the world, all aspects of health, as listed below.

Classes address:

About Counseling:
Changing how we eat is about more than learning new recipes. It’s about more than learning how to cook.

Eating is an intimate act. Eating is one way we connect with our bodies, our communities, our families, and the earth.
